Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our Service.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All indicated prices include VAT. At checkout (online) and on the order form, the total price includes all fees, VAT, and shipping. Colony offers credit card payment (at no additional cost) or invoice via e-mail (€1). For further information, please consult the website colony.com under the “Customer Service” section. All payments processed through our payment processor are managed by Colony Italia Srl.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Colony offers the right to withdraw from the order within 30 days without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Colony) of your decision through an explicit statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail). It must clearly appear that you wish to terminate the contract. You will find the contact information at the end of these terms and conditions.

If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal: you are responsible for keeping the product in good condition. You cannot use it, but you may examine it carefully. If the product is damaged, Colony has the right to request compensation for the decrease in value. If the product is lost due to negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal.

REFUND POLICY “100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE”

For product purchases:

All Colony products come with a 60-day “empty box” guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products for any reason, contact Customer Service at [email protected] to request the Return Label (RL), fill out the electronic form, and return the unused portion or the empty box to:

Make sure to include the name listed on the order or the order ID number and place the RL label on the outside of the package.

For subscription purchases:

Monthly Colony coupon fees can be refunded within 7 days from the charge date if no product purchases have been made using the subscription.

Annual Colony coupons (12 coupons) are refundable at 100% if requested within 7 days and never used, and at 50% if requested within 60 days. After 60 days, no refund is provided.

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with the name and/or ID of the account.

For the annual fee for enrollment as a sales representative (Virtual Kit):

The Colony Affiliate Virtual Kit is strictly non-refundable as it is an administrative cost.
However, if a formal ID closure request is submitted within seven (7) days from the activation date, Colony may, at its discretion, authorize the issuance of products of equivalent value in place of the Virtual Kit.

The agreement for activity as a Sales Representative is deemed tacitly renewed each year unless otherwise requested, by one or both parties, before the natural expiration of the agreement.

Commission withdrawal request after Virtual Kit expiration

If a commission withdrawal request is submitted after the expiration of the Affiliate Virtual Kit, a management fee of €12.50 plus VAT will be applied.
The fee covers the manual processing time of the request, verification of contractual requirements, and issuance of the fiscal documentation related to the commissions, completed within the next 30 to 60 (thirty to sixty) working days.

If no request is submitted within 60 days from the failure to renew the Virtual Kit, the amounts will be considered forfeited.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you place an order with Colony, you provide your personal data. By registering and placing an order, you agree that we may store and use your data to fulfil the contract. If you do not agree with the handling of your data or have any questions, please contact Customer Service.

DELIVERIES

You will receive your delivery within two weeks from the valid payment.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. If you wish to have the package resent, we will charge you the shipping costs. If you want the package to be sent separately, the cost is €30. If you prefer to receive it with your next delivery, the cost is €15.

CUSTOMER RETURNS

Returns due to change of mind are at the customer’s expense. If the product is damaged or the error is ours, Colony will cover the shipping costs. Returns must be sent as letters or packages, not cash on delivery. Colony can provide a return label upon request.

Products must be returned complete within 30 days from receipt. It is important to contact Customer Service before making a return.

AFFILIATE RETURNS

Returns due to change of mind are at the customer’s expense. If the product is damaged or an error occurred on our part, Colony will cover the shipping costs. Returns must be sent as letters or packages, not cash on delivery. Colony can provide a return document upon request. Additional administrative charges may apply to the Sales Representative (I.P.) in the event of a return.

Products must be received intact within 30 days from receipt. You must contact Partner Service before making the return.

TOTAL SATISFACTION

We are confident that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, please contact your reseller. If you remain unsatisfied, contact Customer Service at [email protected]. In line with our customer satisfaction goal, we will handle all inquiries within 48 hours and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
